
Confirmed for 2009, Nottinghamshire County Council , Rushcliffe Borough Council and Nottingham Forest Football Club have kindly allowed the Head of the Trent to use their car parks for this event, without their generous assistance the event would be difficult to stage. Please respect their facilities.
Marshalls will be on hand to help, these car parks get very full. Your assistance and understanding would be greatly appreciated.
Boat Trailers and towing vehicles. These can be parked in the Nottinghamshire County Hall or Nottingham Forest car parks. Shown in BLUE See map below.
Coaches & Buses. Can use the area shown in Yellow, in the Nottingham Forest car park.
Cars Only. Athletes and Spectators can use the Rushcliffe Borough Council car park adjacent to Trent Bridge. This is next to the rowing clubs. Shown in GREEN. and the Nottinghamshire County Council car parks at County Hall.
The Nottinghamshire County Council car parks are 400m to 200 metres upstream from the landing stages at the clubs. Those crews who wish to, may boat off the steps adjacent to County Hall, taking care to note the depth of the steps.
Crews Boating from the NWSC. Please note, the last boating times are from Trent Bridge, it will take at least 20 to 30 mins to row the 3000 metres to Trent Bridge,if you are boating at NWSC, allow enough time to get to the start.
